Terms of Purchase and Reseller Policy for ReadiSorb® Products
Your Energy Systems, LLC (“YES”) offers the ReadiSorb® line of products at wholesale pricing exclusively to qualified healthcare practitioners, approved pharmacies, and authorized resellers. To establish a wholesale account, resellers may be required to provide documentation verifying professional credentials, including a state license, professional degree certificate, diploma, or other applicable documentation.
Internet Sales Policy
YES maintains an Internet Sales Policy applicable to all authorized resellers marketing or selling ReadiSorb® products online. ReadiSorb® products may only be sold through reseller-owned websites or approved online platforms authorized in writing by YES.
The sale of ReadiSorb® products through third-party marketplaces, including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, or similar platforms, is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing by YES.
YES reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any reseller account found to be:
Selling products through unauthorized third-party marketplaces, supplying products to individuals or entities that resell through unauthorized marketplaces, or engaging in business practices that may negatively impact the ReadiSorb® brand, reputation, or authorized reseller network.
Minimum Advertised Pricing Policy (MAPP)
All authorized resellers of ReadiSorb® products are required to comply with YES’s Minimum Advertised Pricing Policy (“MAPP”).
ReadiSorb® products must not be advertised below the current Suggested Retail Price (SRP) established by YES. Pricing below the SRP may only be displayed within a secured shopping cart or during the final checkout process.
The MAPP applies to: Paid online advertising, Banner advertisements, sponsored search campaigns or pay-per-click advertising, social media advertising, Email marketing campaigns, Printed flyers, catalogs, or promotional materials, or any other public marketing or promotional channels.
YES reserves the right to modify pricing policies, reseller requirements, and authorized sales practices at any time.
Reservation of Rights
YES reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, suspend, or terminate sales to any reseller or distributor that violates these policies or is affiliated with any website, organization, or sales channel that violates YES policies or brand standards.
Product Care and Storage
- Vendor must inspect products for damage, tampering, defects, or expiration upon receipt and during storage, remove any expired items, and report any issues to ReadiSorb without offering those products for sale.
- Vendor must cooperate with ReadiSorb in any product recalls or consumer safety communications to help protect end users.
- Vendor must sell products only in their original, unopened packaging and may not relabel, repackage, alter, bundle, or modify the products, packaging, labels, or branding in any way that could misrepresent the products or their association with ReadiSorb.
- Vendor and its staff must understand the products well enough to assist customers, respond promptly to inquiries, and represent the products professionally in a way that protects ReadiSorb’s reputation.
- Vendor must properly store and handle products in a cool, dry environment away from heat, sunlight, and moisture while following any storage guidelines provided by ReadiSorb below:
