Empty powder pack into a glass or small jar. Add 2 - 4 oz of cool-lukewarm water and stir or shake. Repeat until dissolved. Slight clumping may occur. Let the clumps rest for a moment and they will dissolve. For best absorption, drink immediately. Wait 20 minutes to eat.

Silica: Silica is a common additive in food production. It is used primarily as a flow or anti-caking agent in powdered foods such as spices and non-dairy coffee creamer, or powders to be formed into pharmaceutical tablets.
Lecithin Powder (non-GMO): The liposomes are derived from non-GMO lecithin. The lecithin is an extract of non-gmo soy oil; there is no protein in this product.
Maltodextrin: We use tapioca maltodextrin as a thickener and stabilizer.

Q: Does this powder smell like liquid glutathione?
A: The dry powder does not have that aroma. When mixed with water, you may be able to detect a slight sulfurous aroma. You probably won't taste it. If you let it sit around (not recommended), it will get a little stronger.
